Todd Mercer

On June 13, 2026 at mornings first light, Todd Steven Mercer, age 60, of Toledo Ohio passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his wife Jennifer Mercer, daughter Ashley Mercer, stepchildren Brandi, Aaryn, Adrian, Michael, and his brother and his family Ty & Dawn Mercer, followed by their daughter (his niece) Rachel and her husband David. Todd is survived by 7 grandchildren, Damien, Christian, Thomas, Xander, Jordan Jr, Jordan, and Nova. Along with his great niece Skye and great nephew Taj, following Taj’s newborn daughter Ellianna. Todd was preceded in death by his parents Willam and Gretchen Mercer. Todd celebrated his life with a free spirit. His talents shone brightly with music, where he mastered playing the guitar, drums and brass instruments. He had an incomparable blend of harmony and humor. He is survived by his closest friends, Billy, Jimmy, Sandy, Jeanette/ Greg Krueger, Doug, Dave Frantz, and Henry & Debbie. His quick wit could conjure laughter from everyone around him. He also enjoyed outdoor activities such as bike riding, roller blading, and in his younger years skateboarding, swimming and free diving. While he has put his tool belt down for the final time, Todd's impact extended far from the walls of his home as he was extremely handy, a Journeyman and master of many trades.

Though his time with us has come to an end, we are left with the memories of his incredible spirit and a deafening silence where his music once played.
