Opal Covey, age 84, of Toledo, OH passed away March 6, 2025. Opal was born in Williamstown, KY to the late Soney and Vie Bolling Covey.
Opal graduated from West Carrolton High School. Opal was a small business owner. She was a long-time mayoral candidate for city of Toledo and had a passion to serve God and her country.
