Miriam Arend

Miriam Arend, age 85, of Toledo, OH passed away August 14, 2024.  Miriam was born in Paulding, Ohio to the late Homer and Wilamina Moore.  Besides her parents, Miriam is also preceded in death by her husband: Donald Arend; son: Keith Arend and her daughter: Irene Arend-Morehouse.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughters: Debra Arend, Nola Arend; grandchildren: Lisa Arend, Jennifer Arend, Scott Arend, David Morehouse, Felicia Knox, Joseph Arend, Melanie Arend, Angel Sawyer; many loving great grandchildren and many friends.

Miriam was a member of St. Paul's Methodist Church, she volunteered with the voting polls, and she worked for Campbells Soup Company.  Miriam enjoyed outdoor activities, sports, westerns, cartoons especially Scooby Doo, puzzles, playing bingo and pool.  Most of all, she was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and a friend to many who will be forever missed. memorial contributions in memory of Miriam may be made to Nola Arend.

Visitation will be held at Habegger Funeral Services, 2001 Consaul Street, Toledo, OH 43605 on Thursday, August 22, 2024, from 4:00 P.M until 7:00 P.M.  Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 23, 2024, also at the funeral home at 9:00 A.M with a committal service following at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
