Lillyanna Rose Ritchie 18 years old, passed away Wednesday,June 24, 2025. Lillyanna was globally disabled at birth and was adopted by her Mother Karen Ritchie, as an infant. Her life expectancy was only one year but by the grace of God she lived past her 18th birthday. Her medical care was provided by her mother and a long list of dedicated home care nurses. Lillyanna was given the best life and loved by everyone that knew her. She is survived by her mother Karen, brothers Dwight, Tony (Jenn Grady) and Connor Ritchie.
