Jimmy Bailey Sr

Jimmy Wayne Bailey SR. of Liberty Center, Ohio  passed away October 16, 2024 at the Hospice of Northwest Ohio following an unexpected brief illness of brain cancer.  He passed away comfortably in the arms of his wife Amy who never left his side.  He is survived by his wife Amy Bailey (Frankforther), his son Jimmy Wayne Bailey JR., and an estranged sister Luanne (Lenny) Sturgeson.

He was a lifetime truck driver with more miles under his belt to count. Jim was always helping those in need and would be proud to know that he was able to donate his corneas for two people to see. In  his spare time you would find him putting miles on his motorcycle with his wife Amy along the river or on vacation destinations.

He was proceeded in death by his parents, brother Terry, the mother of his children  Bonnie, and their oldest son Richard. He had  an estranged family of survivors who he never got to see that include nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great  grandchildren.

A celebration of life is being held and is a private ceremony.
