Jerry Slavick

Jerry Slavick, age 65, of Toledo, OH passed away April 26, 2025, at Bay Park Hospital with family by his side. He loved spending time with family and friends, and he was always the life of the party. Jerry will be truly missed by all including his k-9 companion Bud.

Jerry was preceded in death by his mother: Donna Slavick; parents: Benno and Betty Ayala. 

Left to cherish his memory is his son: Benno Slavick; sisters: Mary Lou Zimmerman (Frank), Chris Golba (Mark), Robin and Tanya; nephews: Danny and Josh Arnold, Kenny Lesner; niece: Donna Marie; and many other great nieces and nephews.

There will be a celebration of life service held at a later date.
