Jacqueline Rose Laskey

Jacqueline Rose Laskey, Age 72, of Fremont, OH passed away June 6, 2022.  Jacqueline was born September 10, 1949 in Toledo, OH to the late father: Thomas Southard Laskey of Toledo, OH and mother: Geraldine Marie Laskey (Zimmerman) of Toledo, OH.

Jacqueline is survived by her daughter: Jill Marie Laskey of Fremont, OH; sisters: Joan (Dennis) Ranes of Walbridge, OH, Barbara Creque of Maumee, OH, Kim (Ramie “Daryl”) Fisher of Curtice, OH; brothers: Thomas Laskey, Chuck Laskey; grandchildren: Andrew (Nikki) Gilson, Michael (Lydia) Carlisle, Jameson Carlisle and many special nieces and nephews that she loved as if they were her own children, as well as all of the friends she met along the way.

She was preceded in Death by her mother, father, brothers: John (Jaker) and Joseph, and sisters Janie, Janice, Judith, and Julia

Jacqueline was formerly from the east side of Toledo, Jacqueline was an amazingly wonderful soul. She really was everyone’s best friend, and truly, never met a stranger in her life. Jacqueline loved to just “go” and could always be ready in 10 minutes to go anywhere, even if it was just for a ride around the block. She especially loved music, gambling and enjoyed going to local establishments to play “Name That Tune”. She loved being on Facebook and was known for sending special songs/videos to family as well as commenting on or liking pretty much
everything she saw on Facebook as well. Jacqueline hardly ever said no to a casino trip and was known to wave her “bingo arms” a time or two. She was a collector of “all things”, but
especially loved collecting anything Coca-Cola. There isn’t enough time or space to write about everything and everyone that she loved, or everything that was loved about her. She was the
best mom, grandma, sister, aunt, and friend that anyone could ask for. She will be incredibly missed, and as she used to say, “I’ll talk to you later, love you!
