Obituary
Hugh Thomas McCann, Age 55 passed away On April 22, 2023. He fought long and hard but eventually succumbed to his Illnesses including kidney and heart failure.
He was a lifelong horseman with a passion for training and driving horses, especially trotters. He raced at tracks All over the united stated states. He was known as Hugh “The Trotting Man” McCann. In his final months He cherished spending time with his daughter, Granddaughter and Son in law. He also enjoyed watching the races and sports networks.
Hugh Is preceded in death by his mother Mary J Graves, Father Hugh Stephen McCann, Brother Gregory. He leaves Behind His daughter Joselyn (Kyle) McCann, Granddaughter Rosalie, Sisters Kathy (Ed) Meltzer, Mary (Dean) Ledford and a quite a few special friends.
Cremation has taken place; Hugh did not want a funeral instead his daughter feels a memorial Race in honor of him would be more appropriate. More details to come at a later time. The family requests in lieu of flowers donations can be made to Help Rescue & Rehabilitate horses.
