Gerald Eugene Spencer

Gerald Eugene Spencer Jr., affectionately known as "G", went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday March 26, 2025, at Mercy St. Vincents Medical Center, Toledo in the presence of his loving family.

Gerald, age, 44, of Toledo, OH was born on December 10, 1980, to the union of Debra and Gerald Spencer Sr.

A child of God, son, brother, father and a friend to all. Gerald will always be remembered for his huge heart and smile. The love he had for his children, family and friends. He was always there to help, listen and encourage everyone around him. He will be deeply missed, and he was loved by all who knew him.

Preceding him in death are his beloved mother: Debra Ann Smith-O'Henry; brother: Johnathan T. Spencer; maternal grandparents: George Smith Sr. and Lillian Smith; paternal grandparents: George Wright and Ruthie Wright.

Gerald Spencer Jr. leaves to cherish his memory and continue the journey to glory, his children: Gerald Chininis-Spencer, Jakob Spencer; daughters: Selina Spencer, Sa'miah Spencer; father: Gerald Spencer Sr.; sisters: Angela Fowler, Camille Walker; nieces: Kai Walker, Tayonna Walker, Georgia Moon, Alyiah Clemons, Akaylah Clemons; nephews: Terrell Hawkins, Armond Clemons; host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

 Visitation in Gerald's honor will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the Celebration of Life service at 12:00 P.M. at Habegger Funeral Services, 2001 Consaul Street, Toledo, OH 43605.
