George Everette Webb

George Everett Webb, 88, of Toledo, OH passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Monday August 19, 2024, at the VA Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI. He was born in Athens, OH to Pearl & Conda Webb on October 16th, 1935.

Left to cherish his memory is his daughter: Robin Hoffman; brother: Paul (Sandi) Webb; sister: Carol (Jim) Landis; stepson: Michael Weihrouch; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.

He is preceded in eternal rest by his wife: Doris J. Webb; son-in-law: John M. Hoffman; sisters: Wahnetta Brown, Betty Greer, Mary Staup, Vivian Bassler, Opal Birchfield, Christine Haverfield; brothers: Walter Webb, Conda Webb, & Carl Webb; extended family: Wendy Weihrouch.

George loved reading books, golfing, selling carpet, and spending quality time with his family. He was a past master of Rubicon Lodge #237. A 32nd Degree Mason Scottish Rite Valley of Toledo, Noble of Zenobia Shrine, and Past Director and President of The Evzones.

In lieu of flowers, and in honor of his son-in-law John M. Hoffman contributions may be made to the Bladder Cancer research through the National Cancer Institute or to Shriners Childrens. The family will receive guests on Friday, September 6th, from 5-7 pm at The Zenobia Shrine, 8048 Broadstone Rd., Perrysburg, OH 43551. With a Masonic Service held to be held at 7 pm.
