Elmer Foullon

Elmer Foullon, age 48 of Toledo, OH passed away March 4, 2024.  Elmer was born on December 9, 1975, in Cd Madero Tamps.  Elmer was the first born of 5 brothers and sisters.  Left to cherish his memory is biological mother: Maria Dolores Lopez of Nuevo Laredo Tamps, Mexico; father: Adolfo Foullon of Mexico; sisters: Dolores Fabiola Castillo, of Toledo, OH; Catalina Castillo of Mexico, Myrna Castillo of Mexico; brothers: Edmundo Julian Castillo of Mexico, Eduardo Antonio Castillo of Mexico; step sisters: Cindy Foullon of Mexico, Bertha Foullon of Mexico; loved ones and nephew: Genesis Lopez, Tito Lopez, Janie Lopez, Apollo Leggs, Sarah Guerrero, Fabiola Guerrero, Violet Gutierrez; brother in law: Michael Guerrero.

Elmer was a member of Zeros moped club. He loved music, travelling and playing in his band group.  Most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends especially his sister Dolores.  He was a loving son, brother, uncle and a friend who will be forever missed.

A memorial service will be held at First Spanish Church of God, 1331 E. Broadway Street, Toledo, OH 43605 on March 20, 2024, at 7:00 P.M. with pastor Oscar Dminguez officiating.

     John 11: 25 and 26    Jesus told her, “I am the resurrection and the life; whoever believes in me, even if he dies, will live, and everyone who lives and believes in me will never die.
