David William Ansted

David William Ansted, 80 of Temperance, MI passed away May 2, 2023 in Toledo Hospital. He was born June 19th, 1942 in Toledo to Kenneth and Margaret (Growden) Ansted. He graduated from Whitmer HS in 1960 and the University of Toledo with a BS degree in Business in 1964.   David began his career working at Ansted’s Marine. He was employed with OCF after graduating and then went to Sheller-Globe. He worked as a Senior systems analyst until retiring in 1998.

David enjoyed archery, golf and spending time at the lake house at Locust Pt beach.

Left to cherish David’s memory is his daughter, Dawn, sister’s Marilyn (Gordon) Gosh; Mary Katherine Bieszczad; brother’s Richard (Carolyn) and Robert (Chris) Ansted; 6 grandchildren. He was proceeded in death by parents, son Steven; brother’s Kenneth, Daniel, Jim and John.

A celebration of life will be on June 21st at Highland Meadows Golf Club from 3-5 pm. In Lieu of flowers, please consider The American Heart Association.
