Zenola Sherman Obituary

Zenola Sherman, 68 of Toledo, OH passed away on Saturday, July 19, 2020. Born on May 22, 1952 to Dora Jackson and IG Dixon. Zenola was a retired teacher and community activist who enjoyed gardening, reading, canning and cooking. She was best known for her creativity demonstrated in soap, candle and jewelry making.

Zenola leaves behind 3 children, Steven (Stacy), Sherman, Ebony Sherman and Aygent Bradlei. She was loved and adored by her two grandchildren Raven Sherman and Essence Sherman. She leaves behind a third granddaughter, Komyn Bradlei, a community of friends and caretakers that had the highest admiration and respect for her. Zenola also leaves behind 3 sisters, 2 brothers and a host of nieces and nephews.

A private memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 29, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. at Habegger Funeral Home located at 2001 Consaul Street, Toledo, OH 43605.
