Tammy Juanita Smith

Tammy Smith, 54, of Toledo, OH passed away October 8, 2020. Tammy was born October 12, 1966 to Franklin C. and Dolly (Dart) Hebert, Sr. in Toledo, OH.

Tammy is preceded in death by her father and many babies.

Tammy is survived by her: husband Edward A. Smith; Mother, Dolly; brother Franklin C. (Cathy) Hebert, Jr. of Toledo, OH; sisters: Deanna (Tim) Wernert, and Candace (Jeff) Balla both of Toledo, OH; and brother Franklin C. (Cathy) Hebert, Jr. of Toledo, OH.

Tammy was an avid listener of 50’s, 60’s and 70’s music and loved to dance. Tammy was honored as the winner of Teen Biblical Learning at Liberty Baptist Church receiving a Biblical Learning trophy. She was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church accepting the Lord as her Savior. Tammy was unfortunate not to have children of her own; but she loved children and enjoyed playing Santa for many years for her nieces and nephews. Tammy will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Visitation will be for immediate family only on Thursday October 15, 2020 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at Habegger Funeral Services, 2001 Consaul St. Toledo, OH 43605.
