Richard Torres Obituary

Richard Torres, 59, of Maumee, Oh passed away Friday, August 21, 2020 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio.

Richard was born in Bowling Green, OH to the late Richard and Josephine Torres. Besides his parents, Richard is preceded in death by his brother Thomas Sanchez and sister Lori Jean Torres.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Laura (Walker) Torres; daughters: Felicia (Kywante) McKnight, Jeanne (Joseph) Schurg and Briana (Jeremy) Cole; son: James Richard (Karina) Torres; sisters: Susana Torres, Margaret Sanchez, Elizabeth Cardenas, Mary (Randy) Schwamberger, Rosie (Darin) Kurbitz, Tina Torres, Lisa (Anthony) Comstock and Magdalena (Ryan) Torres; brothers: Victor (Angela) Sanchez and Angelo (Ashley) Sanchez; 18 grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Richard loved Ice House beer and playing pool in his spare time.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at Habegger Funeral Services, 2001 Consaul St., Toledo, OH 43605 from 1:00 until 5:00 P.M.
