Jack Forbes Obituary

Jack Forbes Sr., 65, of Toledo, OH passed away Friday, July 24, 2020. Jack was born to the late John Forbes and Louella Mackey Forbes. Besides his parents he is also preceded in death by his son: Josh Forbes Sr.

Jack is survived by his loving wife of 43 years: Melody Joy Egts Forbes; son: Jack (Virginia) Forbes Jr.; daughter: Michelle (Dwayne Sr.) Anderson; brothers: John Forbes Jr. and Brian Forbes Sr.; sister: Patti (Ted) Sperry; 7 grandchildren.

Jack worked at Bi-State Ford. He loved fishing, working on cars, mowers, camping and watching Nascar. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother who will be deeply missed.
