Gerald Morgan

Gerald “Gene” Morgan, 77, of Toledo, OH passed away October 3, 2020 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Gerald was born in Jefferson City, TN to the late Fred and Mary Morgan. Besides his parents he is also preceded in death by his son: Shane Morgan; daughters: Chandra Morgan; Candy Walker; brothers: Fred Morgan Jr., Bill Morgan; sister: Mildred Williams.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 43 years Darlene Morgan; daughters: Tonya (Jim) Davis, Tina (Mark) Foust; son: Tyson (Cynthia) Morgan; sisters: Mabel (Dub) Campbell, June Morgan, Debra (Terry) Haubert; brother: John Smoot; 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Gerald worked at St. Charles in the maintenance department for 30 years and retired in 1996. His hobbies were woodworking, gardening and camping. He loved spending time with his friends (John Fryman), traveling to Gatlinburg, TN and taking day trips with his wife. He was the captain of his high school basketball team. He was on the fire support team and bowling team for the hospital. He loved spending time with Isaiah. Gene was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to so many and he will be forever missed.
