Anthony Robert Golembiewski Jr., 50, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on August 7, 2021. He was born on October 29, 1970, in Monroe, Michigan and was the son of Anthony Golembiewski Sr. and Catherine Stefko.
Anthony worked as a journeyman for Carpenters Local 351 for 25 years. Over the years he loved coaching and being involved with his children in their athletic adventures, especially baseball. He enjoyed watching the Detroit Tigers and Michigan Wolverines, caring for his garden, hosting family dinners and holidays, tending to projects in his backyard, goofing around with his grandchildren and spending time with his family and friends.
Anthony is survived by his mother; Catherine Stefko; 5 sons, Andrew Maxwell, Christian Garrett, Alexander Drath-Dickson, Ian Golembiewski, Hudson Golembiewski; 2 daughters, Elizabeth Golembiewski, Calianna Scott; siblings, Brad Golembiewski, Ashley (Matthew) Thompson; girlfriend, Corey Scott and ex-wife, Michelle Drath. He was a beloved Papa to his 4 grandchildren Chase, Sophia, Lillian and Samiel; and loving uncle to Claire and Oliver. Anthony was preceded in death by his father, Anthony Golembiewski Sr., brother, Adam Redmond, and sister-in-law, Julie Golembiewski.
Anthony has left his family and friends with wonderful memories and hearts full of love. He will be forever missed, as will his grilled BBQ chicken.
Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Service in Anthony’s memory, on Sunday, August 22 from 12p.m.-4p.m., at Carpenters Local Union 351, 9278 Bass Pro Blvd Rossford, Ohio 43460.
